Effective August 31

Due to the South Service Rd. closure from August 31, 2020 - September 9, 2020 the Connect Douglas Fixed Route 40 Bus service will utilize the following detour/bus reroute:

Outbound to Epi Center/South Service Rd:
- Exit Interstate 20 East to Riverside Pkwy
- Left on to Riverside Pkwy
- Right on to City View Dr.
- Right on to Six Flags Pkwy, End of line at the bus shelter

Inbound to West Douglas P&R:
- Make 1st left turn to loop around Six Flags Pkwy towards City View Dr.
- Left turn on to City View Dr.
- Continue across Riverside Pkwy on to Interstate 20 West, continues to regular route

Effective March 23

The Connect Douglas Fixed Bus Routes will currently remain in operation for area residents and commuters who need it.

Buses will run on a Saturday schedule until further notice: Monday - Saturday from 7:00am - 8:00pm
Paratransit services will operate on the regular schedule of 6:00am - 8:00pm until further notice.

In accordance to public and government health agencies, Connect Douglas supports social distancing while riding and requests commuters sit in every other seat while travelling. There is daily cleaning of buses and all employees and drivers have been instructed to best protect themselves and others against the transmission of the COVID-19 virus as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
