1. How do I become a registered vendor with Douglas County?

To be placed on the list of vendors for Douglas County, firms and individuals must complete the Online Vendor Application Form or complete the manual six-page Vendor Application packet. Both the online and physical versions of the Vendor Application can be found below in the Vendor Registration section below.

Whether submitting your application online or manually, you must include the appropriate NIGP/commodity codes for your business. 

You can submit the application via the Online Vendor Application Form or via mail. 

After completion of the manual application, please mail it to:

2. Do I need to be a registered vendor with Douglas County to submit a bid?

You do not have to be a registered vendor with Douglas County in order to submit a bid or proposal. However, we encourage vendors to complete the registration process in order to avoid delays when awarding bids.

3. When and where are sealed bids opened?

Sealed bids are opened in Citizen’s Hall of the Douglas County Courthouse at 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville GA unless otherwise noted in the bid posting.
