February marks Black History Month. It aims to honor the contributions that African Americans have made. Please join us to celebrate Douglas County's African America Culture and Community. February 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Douglas County Courthouse in the Atrium. Light Refreshments will be served after the program.
