AboutLINK - Linking, Integrating, and Networking for Kids

LINK offers collaborative treatment planning among child-serving agencies and connections to resources and services to meet the needs of high-risk children and their families. It will incorporate a System of Care approach across government units and community agencies for planning and monitoring the family and child. 

It will be designed to provide intervention to young children committing offenses to prevent delinquent adjudication or removal from their community.
