The Film and Entertainment Office provides assistance with film, television, music and commercial production to promote industry expansion and economic prosperity.

Yvette Jones, Chief Communications Officer

Yvette Jones is an award-winning communications professional with comprehensive experience and expertise in broadcast journalism, media relations, strategic communications, and public affairs. Jones currently serves as Chief Communications Officer for Douglas County Government.  In this role, she directs internal and external communications operations strategies across the County’s broadcast, digital, social, and mainstream media platforms. Yvette also oversees operations for the newly revamped Film and Entertainment Office and is the official ‘Camera Ready’ liaison for Douglas County. In this capacity she is the primary contact for general information about the Film and Entertainment Office and filming opportunities and requirements in Douglas County.

Wendy Caudle, Constituent Services Manager

Wendy Caudle manages the Constituent Services Department for Douglas County Government.  As the liaison to county departments and the community, she is the primary point of contact for film inquiries, location scouting and usage of County-owned facilities.  Wendy manages the use and permitting for filming that involves parks, libraries and other County-owned facilities.

Allison Duncan, Planning and Zoning Manager

Allison Duncan manages the Planning and Zoning Department, a part of Douglas County Development Services.  Allison is the primary point of contact for temporary special event permitting, including film permits, in unincorporated Douglas County.
