Congregate Meals
The Congregate Meals program provides hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday at the Douglas County Senior Center located at 6287 Fairburn Road, Douglasville. With a focus on wellness, the center provides a variety of educational and recreational opportunities designed to promote social interaction and physical wellbeing. Transportation to/from the center is available.
Medical Transportation
Medical transportation focuses on residents who are 60 or over, but also accepts residents who are under 60 with a disability. Transportation is available throughout Douglas County and to limited areas outside of the county. The service works on a first come, first served basis and utilizes a newly purchased wheelchair equipped lift van.
