About Us
The Constituent Services Department is the citizen’s helper and advocate in navigating their county government. We manage the citizen experience for the County, perform community outreach and public engagement, provide programs that educate citizens about their government, and produce community events.

Citizen Experience
We manage customer service for the County ensuring residents receive County services in a timely, fiscally responsible, and satisfactory manner. We respond to questions or concerns and assist those trying to access County services and information.
