A Business License is valid for one calendar year. Business License renewals are initiated in October of every year. Business owners should pay their occupational tax and obtain their renewal prior to December 31 of the calendar year. Renewals are processed without penalty between January 1 and March 31 of the calendar year. After March 31, a penalty for late renewal will be assessed.
If you did not receive your renewal form in the mail, you may download the renewal form below and return it with payment – including any penalties – by mail, parcel delivery service, or in person to the Occupational Tax Department.
